Matte black cotton material is finished with a wide edge turn, with metal parts coated for a rusty look. The combination creates an unrefined finish. The back of the cotton twill is finished with PVC coating for a firm texture. The process also gives the material a water repellent feature. Metal parts are coated for a rusty look, making the product look tough.
Within the fabrication is a reduced amount of plasticizer in the PVC to create an image of hardened material caused by aging processes.
