Shipping & Delivery
For The Rudai web and telephone orders placed before 12 noon on a business day, the orders will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 12noon are despatched on the next business day, provided full payment being received and is dependant on stock availability. Tracking numbers are provided with all shipments and can be tracked online with Royal Mail's Track & Trace service. Deliveries are subject to delays due to the involvement of a third party delivery service and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
All The Rudai orders despatched within mainland UK are sent using a Royal Mail Special Delivery service, at a standard charge of £5.50 and are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Once fully processed, we aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within approximately 3 business days.
Orders despatched Internationally are shipped using a Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery service. Deliveries to Europe mainland are charged at £10 and to all other worldwide destinations at £17.50. International deliveries take approximately 3-10 local business days excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery's made outside the European Union are subject to delays that may be incurred as items go through your country's Customs & Excise are liable to local customs and import taxes and duties. These are decided on a case by case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country, and are outside of our control. We do however send all orders in non branded packaging.
The Rudai are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website and telephone orders within 7 days period from the date the goods are received, for orders made within the UK. For International orders, the returns period is extended to 14 days from the date the goods are received. Please note, all items must be returned in their original, re-saleable condition, with all tags attached. The Rudai does not cover return postage however, in the case of an exchange, we will resend the item(s) free of charge.
How to Return & Exchange
To return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns form stating your intention. We will respond within 24 hours with a returns form attached. Once you have received the form, please complete and return along with the goods to the address below. Returns: The Rudai

All returns should be sent by registered post or recorded delivery and must be securely packaged. The Rudai will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U. Distance Selling Directive (which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm). Once we have received the goods and are happy with their condition, we will despatch the exchange or issue a refund via your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account) excluding any original shipping costs, within 7 working days.
We try to give accurate stock information when you place your order. We do update the stock availability on the site every day, so if your order is urgent then please do email us, and we'll be more than happy to double check availability.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All the information that you provide to The Rudai including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. The Rudai acknowledges that we are bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that we will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any of our customer’s personal information with anyone else and we do not sell it on to others.
Proof of identification may be required due to high levels of Internet and credit card fraud. These security measures protect online businesses and the online shopper.
