FO:RM is a project between two long-time friends & conspiriters, Sandra Lawrence of "Form Freigrens" & Maria Woolley aka "The Claymonger". The first release comprises of stoneware products: Vegan wax candles, incense holders & the duppy Incense chambers.

All products are hand produced, poured, thrown, bisque fired & glazed in small batches.
